Can someone please recommend a winery as a day trip from Antibes/Nice?

Besides ballet there are wineries near St Jeannet. If you have a car you go to the area close to San Tropez. Many domaines for tasting, mostly for rose in this region. I was just near Ramatuelle and did the same. Also, into the Var there are organized wine tours available by minibus. There is also a winery on St Honorat, reachable by ferry from Cannes. It is a monastery.
