We are thinking on Friday we will hit Antibes. We'd like to hit the beach in the afternoon. Are there places to change? Or is it simply change while exposing your nudity on the beach?
(We are staying in Nice -- no Antibes home base).

Beach clubs in Juan Les Pins might have changing rooms but I am really not sure that they are open in October, or you could perhaps use the beach restrooms, but it is easier to do like everyone else and use your beach towel! Nobody will bat an eyelid. Plus, the beach will not be busy on a Friday in October.
If you are visiting Antibes, then the most convenient beach is Plage de la Gravette, which has a good view over the Antibes ramparts.

I think nearly all clubs generally close by the end of September (except for the most popular restaurants). Gravette is closer to the Antibes station but I generally recommend the others ones that are further away for better sand. There are public toilets but you may wish to use a towel. More convenient is to simply go all the way to Juan Les Pins -- the beach is closer to the train station (a few blocks). But you will miss out in time in Antibes old town
