We will be flying from Geneva after spending a few days in Annecy. Has anyone used a shuttle or public transit to get from Annecy to the airport in Geneva? Many thanks.

We took the shuttle in the other direction (Geneva to Annecy) and everything went well. Cost was around 80 euros I believe.

We've taken the bus several times in both directions, and I'd recommend it: http://www.transdevhautesavoie.com/en/transalis-t72-annecy-cruseilles-geneva
Note that not all buses go to the airport; some go into Geneva center.
