Andorra to Basque Country - Hidden Gems and Must See

We chose CS-240 from Ordino to Canillo before driving through southern France to reach San Sebastián when we drove from Andorra to Basque Country. If you do go on that road which is scenic but winding, there is a stop named Mirador Roc del Quel. You park and walk out to a viewpoint which is rather amazing due to how it is built.
We stayed in St. Gaudens, France. We arrived late evening to a town that was essentially closed for the night only to wake up the next morning to one of the largest market days we have ever seen-3 cheese trucks, 4 meat trucks, 2 fish trucks, some bakery trucks-just about anything and everything! The market covered the huge square plus several streets fanning out from there. Other than that and I don’t remember the day of the week, it has an interesting viewpoint out over a valley-a two level city basically.

Some gems. Pic du Midi tram to the top great views and an observatory, cave art at Niaux, Cirque de Gavarine truly stunning. Villages, Arreau, Saint Lary, Loudeinvielle, Seix. Beautiful take it slow.
