Amelia International operated flight for Air France ... where to check in?

We purchased a flight to Nice through Air France. Our flight has an AF number, but we received an email that the flight is operated by Amelia International. It appears that AF is in terminal 2 while Amelia is in terminal 3. I am trying to confirm which ticket counter we should go to in order to check in. Does anyone know?

You didn’t say what airport you are departing from. If it is CDG, you can check their website for departures and it will list the terminal for your flight.
