I am going to the Alsace region.
Does Alsace have the same FKK culture as Germany with large Therme?
If so is there a great one to stay and relax in the region?
And is going nude in the sauna/therme/spa the norm like in Germany?

Last trip to Alsace was in 2016 (next trip this September). As I recall, there was a nice hotel with a spa-therme below the hotel in Strasbourg. It was out of my price range so didn't stay there.
I did spend a day/night in Freiburg (from Colberg) and visited a spa there. Yes, nude is normal in the sauna, swimsuit in the pools.
