I will be staying in Colmar.
Our hotel has a spa, is Alsace sauna culture like that of Germany? Textile free / FKK, or should I pack my bikini?

Not all spa hotels have sauna areas. Best contact the hotel itself.

A hotel with a sauna usually provides robes in the rooms. This would be the time to wear the robe.

I am 99% sure that it will not be like Germany, but you can ask the hotel for confirmation.
