I have been trying to find a company that offers tours in the subject region of France but have not been that successful. It doesn’t appear that RS offers any. I have seen some barge companies that offer them but wanted to know if there were others. Thanks

Are you going to be in Metz? If so, this might help in answering your query?
In the Metz train station, ie Metz Ville, in that long central walking corridor with benches, recharging stations, etc next to the WC is a "travel agency" or something similar, can't recall the exact name of this business (sorry). This office deals in tours of the Lorraine region, ie, specifically boat tours on the Moselle River passing through Lorraine. I've checked this office out.
It might provide the answers and info to your questions, if you don't mind doing the boat river tour in French. If I had more leisure time earmarked for Metz and the Moselle, I would taken them up on it. Check it out if you're going to be in Metz anyway. The Metz Tourist Office is another 20 mins or so walk into the centre-ville.
The first week in June, I'll be back in Metz anyway and will make a note of that "agency".
