My husband and I are hoping to do a supported, self-guided bike tour of the Alsace Wine Region from Colmar To Strasbourg. I am looking at tours through a company called Biking France. I was wondering if anyone has used them. What was your experience with customer service, quality of bikes, timeliness of luggage delivery, satisfaction with lodging, etc.
If you have biked this region and would like to recommend a different company that would be helpful as well.
