Already in France - where to convert CDC to QR code?

Has anyone already in France had success lately converting your CDC vaccination card into the QR code necessary to get a Pass Sanitaire? We arrived in Paris yesterday and have not yet received QR codes via email after submitting our application more than 2 weeks ago. We tried going into 3 different pharmacies this morning - 2 of them said that it's not possible and the 3rd one wanted to charge us 50 euros each to do the conversion, which seemed pretty costly for something that we still might receive for free via email within the next few days. I know a while back some folks have mentioned having success at a pharmacy near Opera, but wasn't sure if that one is still doing it. So far we haven't had a problem anywhere just showing our CDC cards when asked to show a Pass Sanitaire, but we still would prefer to be able to produce the official pass when requested.

[UPDATE: 31-August] Good news!!! We received our QR codes today, just 1 day after submitting our request via the new procedure. I would highly encourage anyone arriving soon to go through the process at the following website:

[UPDATE 2: 1-September] Looking more closely at the emails we received yesterday with our QR codes, I now believe they may be a result of our original email submission on 8/15 and not from the new online request procedure. Also, when looking at the status of the online submission made on 8/30, it seems to indicate that it's still in progress. Bottom line - it looks like if you originally submitted by email, there's still a good chance you'll receive your QR codes, even if they are delayed. Also - even if you don't receive them before arrival, the CDC cards seem to work just fine.

I don't think you're going to have any luck. From what we can understand, the pharmacies have been strictly instructed NOT to convert any more CDC cards into QR codes. I am surprised that the one offered, even at a price.

The pharmacy that wanted to charge 50 euros was basically asking for a bribe. Thank you for declining the 'offer'!
All recent traveller reports seem to indicate that the CDC card is OK, and so do your first experience: if I were you, I would not waste any more time touring pharmacies.

Yes, I think we're quite done with pharmacies for this trip. Earlier today I uploaded our applications using the new method to request a QR code rather than the email method we followed a couple weeks ago. We'll see if it yields any results. My experience so far this trip seems to indicate that we won't have much of a problem just using the CDC card.

Bill! Let us know when/if you guys get your QR code! If you're getting in venues and restaurants with your CDC cards I'd not waste any precious Paris time on a pharmacy hunt.

Meanwhile have a wonderful time!

No luck after trying 2 pharmacies. Having said that, we’ve been to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower and our CDC card sufficed. It’s not been a big deal at all.

@Bill B - good to hear! Gives me hope that I will receive mine in due course given I don't arrive in France for a little over a week yet. Do you know if they update you via email every time your application advances to a new stage, or just when you actually receive the QR code?

Bill, Did you use your U.S. address in the questions about Adresse de residence a l'entrager adn Pays de residence a l'enteger?

I am utterly confused. I sent in one application with my U.S. address and then a new application via the new portal with a French address and my U.S. address in the notes section!

CaliMom - I used our home address in the US for the "Addresse de residence a l'entrager" since the question is from the perspective of France.

went to 2 pharmacies and gave up. So far CDC passes work for EVERYTHING including Eiffel, Louvre, and trains.
