All Saints Day - Thurs November 1 - What is open on this holiday in Paris?

I will be in Paris on All Saints Day and after reading travel books at the library today, I see that All Saints Day is an observed holiday in France.

The museums that interest me are open that day. But what about markets at Rue Cler, Saxe-Breteuil, the Saint-Germain Covered market, Maubert, and Rue Montorgueil? Are the métro, RER and buses on a holiday or special schedule? Are retail stores like bookstores open? Are there organ or choral concerts in churches?

Is there anything else of which I need to be aware on All Saints Day? Thank you!

Ever since I missed out on Vienna's wonderful market because of Epiphany, I check these things out, too! I posted similar in the Spain's forum, because I will be in Sevilla on All Saints Day and am wondering if the holiday impacts anything in that city.

In 2014, November 1 was a Saturday, and most of rue Montorgueil was open. E. Dehillerin, our main destination, was not. I didn't notice anything else closed.

The weekly markets don't close for holidays like this -- if they are scheduled for that day they will be open as will market streets (if it isn't Monday, the day they are all closed). Museums don't close except for May 1, Jan 1 and Dec 25. Seine cruises and the Eiffel Tower will be up and running. The parks will be open. Some shops here and there may close but most don't.
