Ajaccio Corsica as a cruise port

I am going to be on a cruise with a stop in Ajaccio from noon - 7 PM. I definitely want to go to Napoleon's birthplace and museum. I was also thinking of taking the Open Tour. There are 2 options - one lasts 1 1/2 hours, the other one only 45 minutes. I think the big difference is a stop at Sanguinaires. Is that a worthwhile stop or since time is valuable, should I just take the shorter tour? Has anyone taken either of the tours? All advice is greatly appreciated.

I have not been to Corsica. Bravo that you are going to see Napoleon's house/Musee ! I know the ferry from Toulon goes to Corsica, exactly the same route when Napoleon and his family were exiled from the island in 1793 and had to go to Toulon.
