Staying in Aix en Provence for one night on way from Lyon to Cannes. Recommendation for a nice place to stay in town?

Our tour (Best of Eastern France) stayed at Hotel Negre Coste. The hotel was on the main shopping and restaurant street - Cours Mirabeau. All the local attractions are near this hotel. The hotel is in an older building but totally modern with an elevator and its own restaurant on the street frontage. The hotel is within walking distance to the bus station (10 mins) where you can catch a bus to take you directly to Marseille airport but I see you are going on to Cannes after your stop.
