I was in a hurry last nite so just did a quick search and shared the link.

We are staying in Aix early June and I spent a lot of time researching hotels and I wanted to share what I found
First- the “star” ratings for hotels in Italy work differently so you can't really go by that.
I assume you want elevator, AC, 24/7 desk, etc.

I would suggest going to booking.com and start your research there. Use the filters and read the reviews- you can search reviews as well.
You won’t find many if any hotels along Cours Mirabeau.

We like to be as close to center as possible but do need elevator, AC etc.
These met those requirements, we are booked at Cezanne:

We didn't stay in Aix so I can't say about hotels. But we had a great time with guide Ted. Was August 2022. Did his market tour, his treasure hunt tour and others. He was fun to spend time with, very kind and very knowledgeable. When our friend with us had a small medical issue he phoned a clinic, helped her get an appointment and followed up later to see that she was ok.
