We are looking at going into Paris and out of Zurich from Phoenix. Right now the price is $859 for economy. Is that fair or do you think it will go down? I know it is hard to predict. Just want opinions. Thank you.

Google flights will display a little meter that goes from green to yellow to red, saying fares are low/typical/high for a given search.

I’m in phoenix and always am on the prowl for my next trip to Paris at a reasonable price. $859 is pretty close to average for that time of year. If your dates are not very flexible, I would do it just to have that piece done.
The only thing I have seen to make a big difference in price (other than time of year) is adjusting day of week that you fly. We have found some pretty affordable flights by leaving on a Tuesday or Wednesday and returning on Sunday instead of Saturday.

Open jaw will probably be a bit more in price than a simply round trip. I think that the price is fair and reasonable. I would book it and move on to other planning.
