AirBnB 90 Day Limit in Paris

I have reserved an AirBnB for a week in September. The listing shows the 13-digit registration number, and the reviews are plentiful and recent. I’ve had timely responses from the owner. Elsewhere on this Forum, I’ve learned about the rule change limiting AirBnB rentals to 90 calendar days per year. Has anyone had an AirBnB cancelled because of the new limit?

Many thanks!

Good question, I have no answer for you, but I would be more comfortable doing an AirBnB rental in Paris in the early part of the year to avoid the very situation you are asking about.

I last stayed in an AirBnB in Paris in 2016, shortly thereafter the rules changed, a 120 day limit was established, and I decided it was too risky for me so I have stayed in hotels ever since. Back in the day, there were hundreds and hundreds of available rentals versus the small number you see now...
