Air France new cancellation policy extends to flights departing before 03 July

YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP
If you have purchased a ticket at a travel agency, for a flight departing before 03 July 2020 and you no longer wish to travel, please contact them for further information.

If you purchased a ticket directly from our website or at an Air France agency for a flight departing before 3 July 2020 and you no longer wish to travel, you can request a travel voucher from the "My Bookings" section of our website or mobile application. This non-refundable voucher is valid for 1 year on all Air France, KLM, Delta Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic and Kenya Airways flights.

Please note that any changes to your flight must be made before its scheduled departure.

If you have purchased a ticket at a travel agency and your flight has been cancelled, we invite you to contact them directly for further information.

If you purchased your ticket directly from our website or at an Air France agency, you can:

Or complete the online form below to obtain a travel voucher. This voucher is valid for 1 year on all Air France, KLM, Delta Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic and Kenya Airways flights. This voucher will be refundable after one year if it is not used.

Friday I received an email from AF CEO stating that they have extended the postponing of trips without extra costs until 30 Nov 20. My mother and I are scheduled to fly out of LAX on 27 Nov. But I also, for the first time, paid for the flight insurance through AF this year.
