Hi everyone,
We are in Paris now and it is over 100 degrees. Tomorrow is supposed to be 106.
Can anyone recommend a good dinner restaurant with air conditioning?

Oh, JHK -- every time I read the menu for La Coupole it makes my mouth water and my eyes go up in my head,
but it also makes me want to check my posture and clean under my fingernails, too. Ha.

Le Comptoir de la Gastronomie. is a tiny place with the most fabulous foie gras in Paris -- their grilled foie gras is just amazing (and best shared as it is so rich. Their duck parmentier is outstanding as is their foie gras ravioli. Wonderful little place.

La Coupole is not snooty at all, i found it very casual and the wait staff friendly.

You might not be the only one thinking of this....movie theaters will probably be more crowded than usual. Best to get a reservation ASAP (if you can) -- for any air-conditioned space.
