Advice on sightseeing in Le Havre for a few hours walking visit in November

My husband and I will be driving from Honfleur to Etretat in November and are thinking of stopping for a few hours to visit this UNESCO World Heritage City on foot. We would appreciate your recommendations for the best place to park for seeing the top sites and especially for secure parking as we will have our luggage with us.

This is my first time posting a question but I have consulted this forum many times and I greatly appreciate the generosity of fellow Rick Steves travelers, thank you!!

BMP,
The Oscar Niemeyer Library is worth visiting, as is the Graville Abbey, the first very modern, the second 13th century. Since much of Le Havre was destroyed in WWII, the rebuilding of the center is worth examining. The modern architecture you find there is the reason it is a World Heritage Site. The beach at Ste. Addresse was painted often by Monet when he spent a summer there. Ste. Addresse is next door to Le Havre. Also, the St. Joseph Church, rebuilt after WWII is a modern beauty.
Of course, a meal there would be a seafood highlight.
Parking, I don't know about.
Have a great trip. This is a wonderful and interesting part of France!

We spent a few days in Le Havre last year and it is a worthwhile place to explore. We walked and took the tram so I didn’t pay a lot of attention to parking facilities. It is a very non touristy city and the second largest port in France! The waterfront area has a lovely Impressionist museum and a restaurant overlooking the ocean that had a nice menu. As already mentioned it is known for its 20th century architecture. I do recall a decent amount of street parking around the city hall area and the museum website states there is free parking across the street.
