Hi All- I am looking for information on cooking classes in Provence. I will be there for 2 weeks in September. I have looked at the web sites for Le Pistou in Usez, as well as Eric Fraudeau and an Australian woman named Peta(I forget last name) classes. Does anyone have experiences with these classes or others?
I an tempted to try and find a class or classes taught in French, although my French is only intermediate at best. I believ that the ones mentioned above are in English.
