I will be traveling to France next month and would like to add my Covid booster vaccination to my Passe Sanitaire. Does anyone know if that can be done online or will I have to wait until I'm there in person?

The Pass Sanitaire and Pass Vaccinal are not used at all any more. No one in France will even want to see your CDC card but you need to bring it with you.

Proof of vaccination is still required to board an aircraft to France, unless you want to provide a negative Covid test instead.
I am sure that there will be a pharmacy somewhere willing to issue you a booster QR code for 30€.
