I'm trying to pre-purchase tickets for the guided tour of the abbey. Starting at https://www.abbaye-mont-saint-michel.fr/en/, the process takes me to https://tickets.monuments-nationaux.fr/en-GB/cart, which both seem like legitimate web sites. However, to make the purchase you have to supply an email address, and the site claims that all my email addresses (I've tried three!) are not valid. I can't even ask them for help through their "Contact" page, because that also will not accept my email addresses. Does anyone have a suggestion for why I would be having this problem?
I just now successfully bought MSM abbey tickets at the address listed below. The ones I bought were labeled "free" which seems to mean "unguided," not "no cost." My e-mail address is a gmail.

Thanks Cynthia. I've now succeeded by getting an @gmail.com email address. Apparently they don't know that there are other types of email addresses? But, at least gmail is free.
Huh, I bought mine yesterday no problem. And my email is not a gmail account.
I have an email address that isn't a .com, .net or .org domain, and I have encountered websites that don't seem aware that there are now hundreds of valid TLD's (top level domains) and just validate for one of the original ones. As a software engineer, that feels like laziness to me - there are much better ways to validate an email address than that. But some still do it.
@Kathleen, the addresses which did not work for me were a .com, a .net, and a .edu, so it seems that there was an even deeper problem than limited TLDs.
However, I was just able to send them feedback information, using an email address which was rejected 3 weeks ago on the very same form. So it appears that whatever the problem was, it has now been fixed.
