We went with Bayeux Shuttle a few years ago and had a wonderful day touring the sites. It was a small group but I believe they can do private tours, too. Highly recommend them.

I enjoyed a tour with Dale Booth a number of years ago while on a Rick Steves tour. He was awesome and had a huge depth of knowledge plus was very entertaining.

June, particularly early June, is a very busy time at the D-day sights—as it is every year. Once you find a guide you like, lock it in early if you still can.
