Does anyone have any experience with the Le Méridien Etoile hotel near the Arch d’ Triumph (it’s a Marriott hotel)?

It is a nice hotel, 4*. I would prefer being away from the area around the Arch d’Triumph but nothing wrong with it. I prefer a neighborhood setting myself. Are you using points to stay there? If so, it’s fine.

It’s kind of mixed. I’ve stayed there in the past because I could use my Marriott rewards points. It gets a lot of tour groups which leads to it feeling a little overrun at times. If you are staying there and hoping to use the executive lounge, don’t expect much. the rooms are small. It’s not the nicest Le Meridian but it was free. There’s a metro very close and I didn’t mind the neighborhood at all.
