The NY Times travel section has a new article on an affordable hostel in Paris' 10th opened by a British outfit. As little as 25 euros for a shared room with bunk beds!
For budget travelers that's great. My hostel days almost ended before they began. But I did have some magical times thanks to those moments!
I'm glad to see a good review for this hostel. I just booked a few nights there later this summer. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the information. Since I stay in a 2 star hotel in the 10th arrond. in the Gare du Nord area anyway, I'll check this place out since it's not very far from Nord station. Vintage is the other hostel I know of in the 10th.
In most places, a private room in a hostile isn't a particularly good deal. You can usually do better, for the same money, at a budget hotel. In Paris, the price for a double at a hostel seems to be a relatively good deal.
