I am visiting Paris this May with my family along with 4 yr kid for 4-5 days and need suggestions on the places to visit.
I would prefer to stay in Apartment near gare du nord paris, so any suggestions on good apartments will be of great help.
Any other advice on where should i make my base for this 4-5 day visit.
I will be traveling back to Switzerland from Paris.
I suggest you purchase a good guide book to find things that interest you and the family also to see which days things are closed. We will also be in Paris in May and are already booking tours and such and we are finding limited spaces for our dates (some have been sold out). As far as an apartment do a search on Airbnb or VRBO, those are the two sites I use and have had good results, I would do this ASAP as the good ones go fast. Looking in January for an apartment we were unable to find an apartment that suited our needs (4 of us, two bedrooms needed in the 6th) so we landed up booking a Hotel in the area and price point we wanted.
