My wife and I are doing a river cruise in October, Lyon to Arles. We want to stay 3 nights pre cruise somewhere in Provence. We will probably take the train from Avignon back to Lyon on our cruise departure day. We’ve stayed in Aix en Provence on a previous trip. We think we’d like a town or village possibly in the hills and a hotel that also has a good restaurant. We’re open to all suggestions. Have briefly looked online at the Luberon area, as well as Isle sur la Sorgue. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
