3 days in Provence-Moustiers-Sainte-Marie information please

I am planning our trip to Provence. We will have a car.

I originally planned to stay in Saint-Remy-de-Provence for 3 nights. We will be arriving from Gigondas. The plan is to spend day one in Aix. Day 2: Gordes, Avignon and walk around Saint-Remy.

I am now thinking of cutting short our stay in Saint-Remy by 1 night and driving to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and the Verdun Gorge. And sleep in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie instead of a third night in Saint-Remy.

My question is this-is there enough to do in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and the gorge for a full day?

What a terrific trip! In 2016, going back to Provence, we spent two nights in Moustiers Ste Marie and loved it. Walking up to the church, walking around the town - just beautiful! We stayed in Le Relais. Our room looked out to the main road that runs through the town - we absolutely loved sitting there. I would vote a night in Moustiers!

Where are you going next?
There is definitely enough to do in the Moustiers area for a full day or more, but with just one night you would not really have a full day. To me, one night only makes sense if you keep going east afterwards (e.g. to Nice).

And even then, 3 nights in Saint Rémy is short already (your current day 2 is ambitious, there is more to the Luberon than just Gordes), so 2 nights would be awfully short.

Therefore I would err on the side of "no".
