We have 3 full days in Aix-en-Provence and would love to get ideas for things to do or restaurants to visit. It’ll be early September. Thank you for any tips!

Well one full day just for wandering around exploring the city, the squares, the shops, the markets. Possibly two if you are a photographer or really enjoy just sitting in cafes, etc. But I'd do at least one day trip - to Cassis if you want a small fishing village or to Marseille, a really interesting city that many people just skip cause they heard it was 'sketchy' or 'dirty'. It is a bit 'gritty' but that's part of it's charm and it's very safe in the center.
