We are planning to do an overnight to Normandy and Mont Saint-Michel from Paris. We don’t want to drive but do a tour. Has anyone done the one night Paris City Vision tour?? Reviews or other recommendations. This is for May.

What do you want to see in Normandy? If it's D Day sites, I would recommend staying in Bayeux at least a night or two. You wouldn't have to drive. One day with a reputable company like Overlord or Gold Beach Tours and the Churchill Hotel in Bayeux has a daily shuttle to and from MSM you can sign up for in advance.
I've used Paris City vision for a half day to Monet's Gardens and a full day to Fontainebleau and Vaux le Vicomte.
