Hello!
Had anyone stayed at the Bed & breakfast 1 Er Etage Sopi in Paris? Address is 34 rue Jean Baptiste Pigalle?
We will only have a 3 night stay mid-October. Most places recommended on this site are booked. I guess the most important thing is location…easy access to wander in safe areas, want to see the Eiffel of course, and quiet!

I do not know that bnb but would avoid an address with Pigalle in it’s name.

I just booked the RAYZ Eiffel with a cancelable policy, so I can change if anyone strongly recommends it. Everything seemed to be booking fast for October 8-11.
Any feedback about restaurants (we don’t like fancy!)

Rue Jean Baptiste Pigalle is a fine street. All you have to do to see that is look at reviews of hotels on the street like the Eden Paris Opera or Hotel Trinite Haussmann or Hotel Opera Grands Magasins or nearby like Hotel Joke. I've stayed at Hotel Joke and Hotel Opera Grands Magasins and can say that the area is safe and is just as well connected to the rest of Paris as the area near the RAYZ. I don't know anything about the RAYZ but I am just taken aback at the idea that a person should avoid any address with Pigalle in its name.
