How bad is the weather at the end of November. It seems like its rainier in july
It will all depend if a storm off the Atlantic has made it to Paris.
Averages are just that - averages. It all depends on what happens on the day. I'm not sure how July enters into it.
Much depends on what kind of weather you are leaving behind at home when you go to Paris in November. I have twice been to Paris at the end of November into December and found it much more pleasant than Montreal at that time of year.
July rain is probably influenced by thunderstorms - so heavy but short-lived. Rather different from November where the rain is going to be frontal.
