Is the Paris Pass worth it?

No. The Paris MUSEUM Pass can be worthwhile however but not the Paris Pass. Its not even a pass but a collection of vouchers most which you will not get the value of..better to get a Museum pass and learn about various transport options. How long is your visit?
Also a river cruise is between 10-14 euros.

The Paris Pass is NOT a pass. It is a marketing scheme where an already overpriced Paris Visite transport pass and a Museum Pass are put in an envelope with a bunch of other coupons and vouchers and then a hefty fee is added. The Visite is almost never a good idea; the Museum Pass is often a good idea. Just get the Museum Pass at the first museum visited (choose something other than the Orsay where the lines are always long.) For transport, just get a carnet of 10 ordinary bus/metro tickets for 13.70.
