Hello....with the rail strike possibly continuing through our arrival day at CDG, June 19, we are looking into car rental. We are scheduled to train to Avignon the morning of the 19th, but now are looking at contingency plans. Although none of us WANT to drive in France, we may not have the luxury of that option. My question is, how difficult is it to drive to Avignon, not withstanding parking when we get there?
The 'rental' experience isn't our main concern (although tips would be appreciated)....the driving/maneuvering to Avignon is paramount.
