Any recommendations for a hop on/hop off company that does their tours in English?

L'Open tour.. ( they all do them in english!!) they are the bright green and yellow buses.. you can board then at any main tourist site.. since they stop my most of them. ARe you coming in on Eurostar.. if so they have a stop right by Gare Du Nord.
They are not the fastest way to get around.. but they can be fun,. The green route is best I think so make sure you get on it ( you will have to transfer , they have four routes) .
