1 week in Cergy france

I am going to Cergy France for a week for work. Not sure how much free time i will have. Any suggestions for restaurants or sight seeing? Thanks

Auvers-sur-Oise some 12km north-east of Cergy where Vincent van Gogh lived is easy to reach with the train. There is also a RER line for going into Paris.
