1-way car rental Paris to Lille with no drop fees?

a quick look at expedia seems to show one way rates the same as pickup-return to cdg rates

We rented with Europcar via AutoEurope. Picked up in Paris, dropped in Ouistreham - no extra fees. Ditto picking up in Avignon and dropping in Nice - you may incur extra fees for picking up or dropping off at a major train stn or airport (you're paying for the convenience) but we didn't have any one way fees.
