We just returned from a wonderful holiday in France. One of the weeks we spent in an apartment rented through Vacation in Paris. They were great to deal with - from the beginning to the end. Apartment was as advertised, in great shape, contact person was wonderful and any issues were dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to rent in Paris.

http://www.vacationinparis.com/listing/348/daguerre-beau-chic-two-bedroom This is the apartment we booked, but I'm sure anything that Vacation in Paris rented would be up to the same standards. There were 2 couples in our group and we wanted 2 bdrm, 2 bathrms and room enough for the 4 of us to sit comfortably reading or watching tv. The neighbourhood was great too - it's the 14th Arr, so very Parisian and not touristy. A plus for us. 5 minute walk to the RER/metro, 2 minute walk to a market street, lots of restaurants and shopping around. Perfect location for us.

We have also used VacationInParis several times over the years and can vouch for them as honest, friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been easy to deal with and the one time we needed help, the property manager came right away to re-set the breaker box. They also have properties elsewhere in France (not just Paris) although we have not stayed at any of them.
