looking for a train ticket with only one stop from florence to lyon, and a layover of more than 30min, enough time to make the transfer. I cant find a reliable site that has a timetable where I can find that route on a site that would sell that ticket.
Any recommendation for buying the ticket now and not at train station? thanks

Go to theTrenitalia website. Enter Firenze S M Novella as departure, Lyon Part Dieu as your destination. There is a journey with one change in Milan that departs just after noon. One hour wait in Milan for train to Lyon. If you can afford it, upgrade your seat. Very little legroom otherwise. Buy your ticket asap.

Too early to look for October. New Schedules should be available in September. Buy tickets as early as possible to get the best price.
