Tour guides Paris & surrounds

What kinds of things were you envisioning wanting a guide for in Paris? Art Museums? City walks? Something more focused?

I'm asking about that because you may be able to piece together things thru Paris Walks (www.paris-walks.com) as well as using museum audio guides instead of having a guide every day which will be expensive.

Did you have an idea of where you wanted to visit for day trips?

We used Sight Seekers Delight in Paris. We took two of their tours and were very pleased with the knowledge we gained. Our interests at the time were Jewish Paris and Montmartre.
