Suggestions for lodging near Strasbourg train station

I am not sure there are any 4 star hotels really close to the train station, but there are several 3 star hotels right on the square across from the station. Ibis, and a couple others.

I wouldn't limit myself to hotels near the station. Strasbourg isn't that big, and you can always take a taxi between the station and your hotel. Once you have stashed your bags, the tram system in Strasbourg is great and will get you just about anywhere in town, if you don't want to walk.

Unfortunately, I don't have a specific hotel recommendation. The hotel I used was not a 4 star (or even a 3 star), and in any case I didn't like it.
