Suggestions for a place for dinner for four near Louvre? Not too extravagant and one that might have a few vegetarian options.

We've always enjoyed Les Antiquaires which is about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre. It's best to make reservations, but we've always gotten a table even if it was outside in December. They do their best to seat you. It's a bistro. I'm unsure of vegetarian options.

Le Nemours is very good, we especially like sitting outside on their terrace. It’s very close to the Louvre, on the plaza at the entrance to the Palais Royale.
I’m vegetarian and i especially love their zucchini quiche which comes with a salad.
