Restaurant recommendation in the 17th Arrondissement

We will be in Paris in mid-April and staying in the 17th Arr. Recommendations for a nice meal in a local restaurant would be appreciated. Thanks

See my description of Le P'tit Canon in my Thanksgiving trip report

and also see what you think of Le Cardinet

and Un Air de Famille

and Oh Vin Dieu! not far off.

For a creperie there is a Batignolles branch of BRUTUS

I can't help but add that the BRUTUS web design shows the Parisian sense of humor well -- this is the headline on their menu page:

MAKE CRÊPES GREAT AGAIN

Ici, tout est fait maison à base de produits de qualité, de saison, rigoureusement sélectionnés

There is a small local chain of Thai restaurants in Paris called Madame Shawn.
I haven't eaten at the one in the 17th but I loved the one in the 13th that closed during the pandemic.
I found every meal there to be delicious and different from Thai food in California.

I was in Paris last month with friends and we dined at Comice in the 16th. Comice.paris

Run by a couple, he is the chef de cuisine and she the sommelier and host. They have a Michelin star. It was excellent, truly delicious food creatively prepared in a small intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend for an experience you will remember as very special! You can view the menu on the website. Bon appetit!
