In 2018 we ate dinner at this restaurant 3 of 5 nights. It was that good, and reasonable.
La Pierrade - 93 Rue des Martyrs. It is near Moulin Rouge and the La Cigalle venue.

I did look into La Pierrade - `it is permanently closed.
