My wife and I enjoyed dinner at Restaurant 58 in the Eiffel Tower on May 15 9 pm seating at the window,it was breathtaking with the views and the quality of the food and wait staff. Watching the sun go down added to the evening.

I just looked at the Restaurant 58 website - it looked great! Tell us what the menu was.
The dinner started with a glass of Champagne and Salmon Tartar marinated in pink peppercorns with purple potatoes then Foie Gras with cherry and Sichuan pepper chutney, then scallops a la plancha, peas and glazed carrots with champagne sauce, then Leg of Lamb with anna potatoes, eggplant cavier, fried zucchini flower and smoked soy butter, then Guanaja choclate crisp cake with light vanilla cream and raspberries and coffee.Well worth it,pay for the window seating.
