A very lovely place to stay in the Provence region. It is a former mill. The rooms are light and airy and very spacious. The beds are so comfortable. It is extremely clean. It has a lovely pool that was so refreshing after the heat of the day. The only downfall is that you may hear the people staying above you if they are wearing high healed shoes. Breakfast was simple, yet plentiful with a selection of breads, croissants, pain aux chocolat, fruit, yogurt, lunch meats, etc. A very easy walk to the centre of Saint Remy and it's fantastic market. Perhaps a nice place to stay as you explore other areas of Provence.
