re; paris perfect place on rue sedillot heart of 7 arr. for 4 adults

I read about Paris Perfect in the 2018 ricksteves guidebook but online there is some dispute on whether this company is legit or I can trust them . Just wanted to double check on whether we should book a place with them or not. I just stayed at a place from vacation in Paris through VRBO and it was terrible - not like the pictures and I do not want to be ripped off again. can you advise as we need a place for 4 people. Another company that might have something is Adrian Leeds group also listed in rick steves guidebook.

I don't know anything about Paris Perfect, but we rented an apartment with VIP last fall and it was great. Exactly as advertised and pictured and the support from staff was outstanding. Sorry you had a bad experience with VIP, but I wouldn't give up on them. We rented a 2 bdrm, 2 bathroom appt for 4 people near Rue Daguerre. Loved it!

For a short term rental apartment in Paris to be a legal rental, it must have a registration number shown.

Paris Perfect is a legit agency. Understand, however, that not all of the properties they manage have the registration number. If there is a number, ok to book, if not, don’t book.
Their properties are exactly as shown.

I’d avoid Adrian Leeds like the plague.

We rented from London Perfect and were very impressed by the company, it’s staff, service and the apartment. Paris Perfect is under the same company.

We rented an apartment from Paris Perfect last January and our experience was wonderful!! Everything start to finish was exceptional. The company thinks of everything. I highly recommend them!
