Paris near 2dn. Arr. Restaurants open Christmas Day. we understand a lot of restaurants are closed that day

You might around in the days before Christmas and ask at various places that look nice to you.
You'll probably need a reservation for Christmas Day anyway.

As a guideline, restaurants associated with major hotels will be open. After that it is a shot in the dark. Just have to ask around because I don't think anyone here, other our Paris posters, would have any idea.

This is where Google is very helpful.
They list many websites with lists of Paris restaurants open on Christmas Day...
