Looking for hotels in the 3rd or 4th arrondissement. I understand the 6eme (Saint Germain) will give a similar vibe, so open to suggestions for that location also. Thank you in advance.

When are you traveling? That will make a huge difference in price. Also, you'll want air conditioning id traveling from May to September. And it's best to start thinking in Euros. Today's exchange rate is about 257€ to 428€.

Take a look at Hotel Signature Saint Germain, actually in the 7th but adjacent to the 6th, a 15 minute walk to the Seine and Musée d'Orsay or Luxembourg Gardens

Thank you for your recommendations. After a little research, I booked Hôtel Malte - Astotel in the 2nd arrondissement. It has excellent ratings and nice central location.
