Ordioni, Bayeux

I am not usually tempted to give a recommendation, but if you are in Bayeux, I would recommend the Patisserie Ordioni on rue Saint Jean. Don't be put off by the modern decor. The croquet monsieur was ok, but the Patisserie, 3EUR were what patisserie should be. Melt in the mouth, sublime.

So good I tipped like an American.😀

Thanks for the recommendation, MC.

Tipped at a patisserie? Or are we tongue in cheek here?

It has a little cafe, hence the croque monsieur. So a ten pc Pour boire was in order😀

Can you give us a rough estimate of the tourist proportions that you're seeing there in Bayeux?
Mostly UK? How many Germans, Americans, etc.?

Largest group is domestic French, then largely British, Benelux, German and Danish. Noticeable number of North Americans though.
